Projects: where each one stands

Last built 2026-10-01 13:54 EEST

3 active, 4 parked, 8 archived. 12 open asks for Thomas across all cards. Each card says what is done, where it stands, what we do not know yet, and who or what it waits on.

Active now

Caverio

ACTIVE
Owner: Vesper (lead), Bolo (co-builder). Rook only runs installs until go-live.
Milestone

Leg 1: live today on the frozen design, plus a named list of post-live fixes.

Still running

Yes. 15 services: admission store, companion writer, two chain tapes, price paths, social reader and sweep, Signal Room v2 server, broker, candles, discovery, holdings, market, on-chain, proof. Rook's seal-stager trigger runs every minute.

Done
  • Admission store live since 12:15 (service caverio-admission-store). Passed its 10-minute watch at 12:25.
  • Companion writer live since 12:47 (service caverio-companion-writer). Passed at 12:57, reconcile exact. Vesper ruled it a pass at 13:25.
  • Room repair M3j sealed and accepted by Bolo (48 of 48 Board cards). Rook staged it at 13:45, all gate checks pass in a dry run.
  • Both chain tapes (BSC and Solana swap recorders) running with no restarts.
Where we are

Not public yet. The M3j review passed its trigger and Rook's room install started at 13:52. When its watch passes, gate and tunnel open by themselves (your go at 13:27). Public address: room.thecortex.dev.

Open variables
  • Whether the room install passes its watch. Four earlier room builds today failed review.
  • People strip and moment slider stay hidden until the writer produces Situation events.
  • The writer shows 29 to 30 of about 51 live situations. 22 are held back by its rules on purpose.
  • Market rail shows 0 events today. Diagnosed, no fix yet.
Waiting on

Room install watch (started 13:52), then gate and tunnel open automatically.

Next leg

Vesper writes the post-live fix list and her own milestone card. Install work moves from Rook to Bolo. Then discovery feeds more tokens (M5) and situations light up (M6).

Needs Thomas

Nothing from you on this card.

Token launch agency (Hayden)

ACTIVE
Owner: Thomas (Hayden relationship), Rook (research and pages) 2 for you
Milestone

Leg 1 done 10-01: research closed, pitch page ready. Parked, waiting on Hayden.

Still running

Nothing running. Pages are static.

Done
  • Fast runners are rare and give it back: 54 tokens hit $20M in 7 days since 1 July, typical drop from peak 79%.
  • Day one on a newly listed payout asset wins: in September 10 of 52 new stocks had a $1M token on day one. Fame and news made no difference.
  • Money model: our 10% tax share is about $4.7K to $455K per launch on real 14-day volumes, plus a $30K to $50K fee.
  • Hayden one-pager live (draft, not sent). 10 fixes listed in ONEPAGER-NOTES.md.
Where we are

Leg 1 closed today. The plan: our own Solana token with a small transfer tax that pays holders in a real asset, plus a second move booked with the market-making firm for days 7 to 14.

Open variables
  • Exact Keep-or-Forfeit pot (sellers' unvested payouts go to holders who stay). Range today: $0.1M to $0.85M on a ZCAT-size run.
  • Whether trading apps show buyers the tax. Checked in Leg 2.
  • Legal read on paying holders from a tax, before the first paid client.
Waiting on

Hayden: yes or no on the 30-day plan, plus the market-making firm's Solana listing record.

Next leg

On Hayden's yes: call with the market-making firm, listing-day watch, 4 to 6 week engine build, devnet test, then the $25 trading-app check (it was wrongly asked as a Leg 1 question).

Needs Thomas
  • Send Rook your edits to the Hayden page; Rook applies them with the 10 fixes in ONEPAGER-NOTES.md in one pass.Rook: take all 10 fixes.
  • Send the fixed page to Hayden.Rook: yes, today. Nothing goes without your tap.

KSE agents (Ralph's laptop)

ACTIVE
Owner: Rook (install), Thomas (laptop access) 2 for you
Milestone

Leg 1: both agents installed on Ralph's laptop and the health check green.

Still running

Nothing running.

Done
  • Build plan and both agent rulebooks written (office agent on phone, hands agent on laptop).
  • Windows install runbook fixed 09-30: two commands that did not exist, plus the missing Claude CLI install.
  • Session runsheet, 8-question list for Ralph, copy-paste install script ready.
  • All three Windows installers reachable (checked 09-30).
Where we are

You have the laptop today. Rook runs the runbook remotely once the laptop is reachable over Tailscale (private network) with SSH on. This replaces the AnyDesk session plan.

Open variables
  • Windows edition, admin rights, and whether someone's IT manages the laptop.
  • Which software Ralph uses daily (drives the later phases).
  • Bot-PC has no Tailscale yet (checked 13:48). Rook installs it on this side.
  • Agent names (defaults Mason and Rigger, Ralph picks).
Waiting on

Thomas: Tailscale installed and signed in on the laptop, plus Windows OpenSSH Server turned on.

Next leg

A session with Ralph: the 8 questions, one real document as the first demo, then the onboarding interview.

Needs Thomas
  • Install Tailscale on the laptop, turn on OpenSSH Server, and send Rook the machine name and admin user.Rook: do it now while you have the laptop; Rook needs about an hour after that.
  • Which Tailscale account (tailnet) should Bot-PC join?Rook: yours, so the laptop and Bot-PC share one private network.

  • Whether Polymarket starts blocking the Tor route.
  • Running cost against any return.
Waiting on

Oct 1-2 market settlements, then your real-money call (W-01).

Next leg

Either fund a small live wallet or reset paper with the lessons. The 10-trader arena waits on Wick's record.

Needs Thomas
  • W-01: when does Wick get real money?Rook: not now. Paper is down 39%. Look again after the Oct 2 settlements.
  • W-03: add Kalshi as a second paper venue?Rook: yes, paper only.

Crypto research stack

PARKED
Owner: Rook (collectors) 1 for you

Milestone: Leg 1 closed: no strategy worth trading by itself. Raw data keeps collecting for Caverio and Wick.

Waiting on: Nothing outside. Only your call to formally retire the live book.

Tap for the full card
Milestone

Leg 1 closed: no strategy worth trading by itself. Raw data keeps collecting for Caverio and Wick.

Still running

Yes: 3 services (watchtower, experiment-A collector and marker), about 12 crontab jobs (callers, smart money, launch-strategy trackers every 15 min, social summary, watchdogs), one OpenClaw cron (social watch every 4 h). Also a leftover timer publishing a dead arena every 90 s; Rook can switch it off.

Done
  • Live trading stopped 09-25: 14 services stopped, restore kit kept.
  • Gold v3 follower stopped by its KILL file (since 09-12). Follower service off.
  • Deep paper losses explained by replay. You ruled 09-29: no rerun.
Where we are

Research only. No live trading. Collectors still run because Caverio and Wick read their data.

Open variables
  • How much is left in the follower wallet (last seen $191 on 09-11).
  • Which collectors Caverio really depends on.
Waiting on

Nothing outside. Only your call to formally retire the live book.

Next leg

If reopened: start from Wick's results, rerun on the kept data, then a tiny live test.

Needs Thomas
  • Formally retire the Gold v3 live book and decide what happens to the follower wallet.Rook: retire it and move the balance to a cold wallet.

Infra and harness

PARKED

Waiting on: You: one attended 30-minute restart window (I-01).

Tap for the full card
Milestone

Leg 1: audit done, box stable on OpenClaw 2026.7.1-2. Leg 2 is one restart window, then the upgrade check about 10-10.

Still running

Yes, by design: gateway, both billing proxies, Hermes, voice, about 15 watchdog crons, backups, and the daily OpenClaw crons. Old dashboards (crew-monitor, lab-mc, the-eye, rook-hq-v2, webquarters) still up.

Done
  • 09-30 audit: compaction on Sonnet 5.5, 12 crons moved, proxy leak fixed, rollback tested.
  • OpenClaw upgrade judged not ready 09-19. Still on 2026.7.1-2.
  • Second Anthropic account live (billing proxy B).
  • 09-25 cleanup: 61 GB freed, upload down from 17.8 to about 3 GB a day.
Where we are

Stable with known faults: OpenAI login dead since Sep 2, the auto-reminder feature fails about 30 times a day, Node is old.

Open variables
  • Upgrade readiness (needs a week on Node 24).
  • Account B login expires 2026-10-17 06:15 and needs a manual re-login.
Waiting on

You: one attended 30-minute restart window (I-01).

Next leg

Restart window (Node 24, DM lane fix, Hermes upgrade), then the upgrade check around 10-10.

Needs Thomas
  • I-01: give Rook one attended 30-minute restart window.Rook: yes, this evening; it fixes three things at once.
  • I-02: rotate the leaked GitHub token and make a fresh cloud API token.Rook: both now; it is the one real security gap.
  • Log in to OpenAI again (2 minutes) and turn off the failing auto-reminders.Rook: yes to both.
